A questionnaire is provided to allow participants to self assess where they are in managing their stress before the day starts.

Powerful tips and techniques are given for day to day self management.

Master Your Presentations

A day of learning some of the important features of making a good presentation and tips and techniques for mental preparation. A chance to practice with the group.

Come prepared with what you would like to present and see how much better you are by the end of the day.

Groups of 6 to ensure maximum attention.
